In late May 2026, an X post tried to turn Erika Kirk’s private life into a headline. It claimed she had a new partner and named Blake Wynn. The Erika Kirk new boyfriend story did not last long. Within hours, both people named in the post rejected it.
Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk, has faced public scrutiny since his death. She became CEO and board chair of Turning Point USA on September 18, 2025, after a unanimous board vote. Charlie, 31, was shot and killed at a TPUSA event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.
The Post That Started It
The claim appeared on May 28, 2026, on X. The account, Project Constitution, is run by Collin Scott Campbell. Its post said it had “confirmed through 2 separate sources” that Erika had moved on after her husband’s death.
It named Blake Wynn, nephew of casino mogul Steve Wynn. The post alleged that the pair had been seen together on the evening of May 14 at Bar 1912, inside the Beverly Hills Hotel. It described the meeting as “very intimate.”
But the account offered little that readers could check. Its source was an unnamed “eyewitness.” There were no photographs, and no witness was identified. The post spread quickly anyway. Campbell later challenged Erika and Wynn to prove where they had been on May 14, shifting the burden of proof onto the people he had accused.
Erika Kirk’s Reply

Erika answered Campbell directly on X on May 28. Her response left no room for interpretation: “Every single word here is a lie.”
She also wrote: “Charlie’s love will last me a lifetime. The Lord is the only one who can ever fill that most painful void.” Then she addressed the supposed meeting. On May 14, she said, she was at home in Arizona celebrating her son’s second birthday.
Erika described Blake as “a dear friend” of Charlie’s and said he was about to become engaged to his longtime girlfriend. She thanked him for standing by her, as hundreds of others had done. To Campbell, she called the fixation “deranged” and said she was praying he would get help. Her final line was blunt: “Brush off the Dorito dust and go touch grass.”
Erika and Charlie married in 2021. They have two young children.
Blake Wynn Says No Too

May 28 brought another denial, this time from Blake Wynn. An entrepreneur and founder of the Celebrity Poker Tour, Wynn is Steve Wynn’s nephew and was a friend of the late Charlie Kirk.
He took to X, pinned his response to his profile and made his position clear: “I am not dating Erika Kirk.”
Wynn also took aim at accounts and users who invent stories while passing themselves off as journalists. He argued that fabricated reports mislead readers and hurt the people dragged into them. With both named individuals rejecting the claim, the original post had little left to stand on.
A Community Note and a Familiar Name
X eventually added a Community Note to the original post. It clarified that Erika said she was home in Arizona on May 14 and that both she and Wynn had denied any romantic involvement.
Campbell had already attracted attention from Erika’s legal team. On March 18, 2026, her lawyers sent him a cease-and-desist letter signed by Paul Edgard Harold of SouthBank Legal. The document described his earlier claims as “false and defamatory.” Those allegations had linked Erika to her husband’s killing and Jeffrey Epstein.
The letter also said the claims had caused “tremendous damage” to Erika and TPUSA, The Hollywood Reporter reported. Campbell stood by his position, arguing that his posts were protected by the First Amendment.
Candace Owens and podcaster Zach De Gregorio had also received similar letters from Erika. No lawsuit had been filed as of the reports.
The Rumor Mill Keeps Turning
The claims did not stop with the May post. In October 2026, a TikTok account claimed Erika was dating Fox News host Lawrence Jones.
The supposed evidence was a photograph of the two standing together. But the image was old and had already circulated months earlier. It offered no proof of a relationship. Nothing confirms that Erika and Jones are dating, just as nothing substantiated the earlier Erika Kirk new boyfriend claim.
Where Things Stand
There is no confirmed Erika Kirk new boyfriend on record. Her own statements remain the only first-hand account of the May allegation, and she has spoken publicly about directing her future toward her children, her faith and the work of running Turning Point USA.
That should be enough to settle a story built on an unnamed witness and no photograph. The post claimed to have “2 separate sources.” It ran into a much less mysterious explanation: a mother at home for her toddler’s birthday. Sometimes the simplest calendar entry does more than a viral accusation.
