Connecticut, 13 December 2023 – Daryl Guberman, a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in quality assurance and the CEO of Guberman-PMC, LLC, has recently brought attention to concerning issues within the industry. In a recent YouTube video, Mr. Guberman discusses his involvement in a phone meeting (member of Ken Paxton’s staff) related to the lawsuit filed by Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, against Pfizer.
During the video, Mr. Guberman highlights the allegations made by Attorney General Paxton, claiming that Pfizer has unlawfully misrepresented the effectiveness of the jab and engaged in conspiratorial activities to censor public discourse. Guberman, known for his commitment to accuracy and accountability, sheds light on the complexities surrounding the lawsuit.
In his detailed analysis, Mr. Guberman delves into the connections between various entities involved in quality assurance, specifically naming the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the American National Accrediting Board (ANAB), and their affiliations with international organizations. He asserts that these organizations, along with federal agencies, may be intertwined in what he refers to as “crony capitalism.”
Guberman raises questions about the role of ANAB and ANSI, asserting their connection to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF incorporated in Delaware) and the (ILAC in Australia) International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation in Australia. ANSI-ANAB are underwriters for both of these organizations which means they take legal responsibility for system and product failures. He suggests that these organizations may have potential conflicts of interest, particularly concerning their relationships with China, Iran & Pakistan all are equivalent to ANSI-ANAB accreditation. Guberman thrusts ANAB and ANSI into the spotlight, laying bare their intricate dance with the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ILAC. Suspicion hangs thick in the air as he hints at potential conflicts of interest, with an emphasis on the enigmatic ties these organizations may have woven with China. The plot thickens, unveiling a web of connections that could reshape the narrative of these industry giants. As the spotlight intensifies, questions linger: are ANAB and ANSI mere players or puppetmasters in a global drama?
Furthermore, Guberman implicates several federal agencies, including the USDA, Federal Trade Commission, CDC, National Institute of Health, FDA, DOJ and FBI questioning their roles in quality assurance and accreditation processes. He draws attention to instances where companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer allegedly skipped critical testing and quality standards in the production of COVID-19 vaccines.
Mr. Guberman concludes the video by expressing his concerns about the efficacy of oversight, particularly by the National Association of Attorney Generals NAAG which all Attorney Generals in the US are members of, in light of their affiliations with ANAB and ANSI.
