The Jacksonville Jaguars could continue to lead the AFC’s weakest division, but the Tennessee Titans’ track record as defending division champion gives them the edge. If the Dolphins hope to make the playoffs, quarterback Ryan Tannehill must improve. 

For the time being, Tennessee’s position in the AFC South champions division makes it difficult for opponents to defeat them. The departure of Harold Landry could make it much more difficult for them to move forward.

The Baltimore Ravens appeared to be one of the finest teams in the NFL, but they surrendered leads against the Dolphins and Bills and lost. In addition to having difficulty closing out games, their passing defense is the poorest in the league. 

This squad is the favorite to win the AFC North because John Harbaugh is a fantastic coach, and Lamar Jackson has returned to MVP form.

NFL Playoff Bracket

During the playoffs, the NFL expanded from 12 to 14 clubs. In both the AFC and NFC, the team with the highest points will skip the first round and play at home in the divisional rounds. 

The second seed will face the seventh seed in the third round of wild cards.

In the wild-card round, the No. 3 seed will face the No. 6 seed, while the No. 4 seed will face the No. 5 seed.

The 2023 Super Bowl will be staged on Sunday, February 12, at 6:30 p.m. ET at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Super Bowl Favorites

The Bills and Chiefs were both clear favorites to win the 2023 Super Bowl in most NFL expert picks, but the AFC West’s supremacy and Tyreek Hill’s departure have caused oddsmakers to question the Chiefs’ chances. Since both teams are atop the AFC standings, nothing has changed.

Similarly, the Bills’ odds have decreased from +750 to +325, even though the 2022 AFC East champions have not undergone significant alterations. Josh Allen started the season with a perfect game and has been the greatest quarterback this year.

Since the odds were posted for the first time in February, the Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have climbed to the top of the futures board. Both changes were done as a result of the quarterback issues being resolved. Aaron Rodgers chose to remain in Green Bay, while Tom Brady chose to come out of retirement.
