  • One should look for a passionate person. Being passionate about their job can bring a lot of benefits to them. They can naturally talk about the product or service. If they are passionate, they can solve problems without making any effort. 
  • One should also look for a person who is organized. Organizing everything requires planning and strategies. One should also take care of other things like appointments, client requirements, proposals, and it goes on. One should systematically organize everything.
