Prepare restaurant-style chicken jalfrezi with the following recipe in only 30 minutes:
In a pan, add oil to it,and heat. Now add chicken pieces and cook for two minutes on high flame. Next, add salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder. Now cook it for 4-5 minutes until chicken pieces are fully coated with masala until the oil separates.
Now take another pan and add oil to it. Then add sliced onion and fry until sauté, approximately 7-8 minutes. Slow down the flame and add ginger and garlic paste and mix well. After few minutes, add peppers, cut in julienne, stir, and cook for 2 minutes. Now add Tomato purée and again sauté it for 2 minutes at medium flame until the oil separates.
Tip:
If you don’t find Tomato purée, then take two medium-sized tomatoes. Grind it well and use it in this recipe. In this case, cook for 4-5 minutes.

Next, add green chilies, mix at medium flame. Now add water to it, stir and cover the pan with the lid. Let the chicken cook until tender and oil separated. It will take 10-12 minutes until it is fully cooked. Once ready, add garam masala powder, and simmer for few minutes. Finally, add freshly chopped coriander leaves, ginger cut in julienne and serve.
