1. Relocate the Netgear Orbi Satellite

Where did you place it? Near corner or thick concrete walls? Or perhaps, you placed the satellite way too close to the Orbi router?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then you need to relocate your Netgear Orbi satellite. Ensure that it is placed away from corners and walls. Keep a fair distance between the Orbi router and satellite. 

Also, ensure that both your Orbi router as well as satellite are kept away from devices such as cordless phones, washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, baby monitors, Bluetooth speakers, treadmills, and much more. 

2. Power-Cycle Your Orbi Device
